The purpose of the educational program: Підготовка висококваліфікованого, конкурентоспроможного, інтегрованого у світовий науковоосвітній простір фахівця ступеня доктора філософії в галузі електроніки і телекомунікацій за спеціальністю 172 «Телекомунікації та радіотехніка», формування загальнокультурної та професійної компетентностей фахівця, здатного критично аналізувати, оцінювати та синтезувати нові складні ідеї в сфері телекомунікацій та радіотехніки, інформаційно-комунікаційних систем, розробляти і реалізовувати проекти, здійснювати власні дослідження, які передбачають глибоке переосмислення наявних та можливість створення нових цілісних знань та/або технологій.
